Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following Monday.

Delivery Timelines

  • USPS First Class Shipping: 3–12 business days total (includes 2–10 transit days after processing).

  • DHL Express Shipping: 3–7 business days total (includes 2–5 transit days after processing).

  • USPS First Class Shipping:

    • $4.99 for orders under $99

    • FREE for orders over $99+

  • DHL Express Shipping:

    • $13.99 for orders under $199

    • FREE for orders over $199+

Important Shipping Policies

  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.

  • You can track your package anytime via our online customer service portal.

  • Currently, we ship only within the contiguous United States to ensure reliable service.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order takes longer than 10 business days to process (without prior notice), we will:

  • Issue a full refund, OR

  • Upgrade your shipping and provide a $5 coupon for your next purchase.

For undelivered packages after 60 calendar days, you will receive:

  • A full refund, plus

  • A reshipment or a $5 coupon.

Lost Package Policy

While we carefully coordinate with our shipping partners, we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit. If this occurs:

  • Please contact our customer service with your order number.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Tax Information

  • All applicable sales taxes are included in your order total.

  • If your order incurs customs import duties, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Local Delivery

  • Customs clearance may cause delays, and your local customs office may require additional documents.

  • Orders are usually delivered by your local postal service or courier. If you are not home, a notice card may be left with collection details.
