Order Processing Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following Monday.
Delivery Timelines
USPS First Class Shipping: 3–12 business days total (includes 2–10 transit days after processing).
DHL Express Shipping: 3–7 business days total (includes 2–5 transit days after processing).

Delivery Guarantee
If your order takes longer than 10 business days to process (without prior notice), we will:
Issue a full refund, OR
Upgrade your shipping and provide a $5 coupon for your next purchase.
For undelivered packages after 60 calendar days, you will receive:
A full refund, plus
A reshipment or a $5 coupon.
Lost Package Policy
While we carefully coordinate with our shipping partners, we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit. If this occurs:
